Enhancing Research Collaborations

Welcome to the Research Collaborations section of ONSEN. This resource does not include data or sample repositories. Instead, the purpose of this resource is to:

Mary Regan, PhD, RN, Jacques Ravel, PhD, Katherine McElroy, PhD, RN discussing research about the influence of diet on the microbiota in preterm birth

  • Promote awareness of ongoing Omics research by the nursing science community, and
  • Foster opportunities for collaborations and resource (data and/or samples) sharing among investigators with programs of research in Omics science, or an interest in building such programs.

The Research Collaborations site has two main features:

  • A Project Data Collection form for researchers to complete with information on their programs of research and resources (data and/or samples) that may be available for use by other investigators and trainees.
  • A searchable database of Project Data Collection forms, designed to assist researchers to identify potential research partnerships or to leverage existing resources to develop or advance their own programs of research. We especially encourage trainees and early investigators to use this valuable feature!
